Flights
We recommend flying into:
(1) Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO)
(2) Florence Peretola Airport (FLR)
**Delta and Alaska now offer direct flights from Seattle to Rome.

Transportation
We highly recommend renting a vehicle. The venue is fairly remote. You can pick up the vehicle directly from the airport or you can arrange for a car to be available at a location closer to the venue, e.g., Todi or Orvieto.

Lodging
In the countryside near the venue, there are a handful of agritourism-style bed and breakfasts. If you’d prefer a more traditional hotel, we recommend looking in Todi. We’ve reserved a small block of rooms at Hotel Fonte Cesia (available until February 15, 2026).
